Welcome to The Jam Jar of York! We are Melissa and Brennan, two professional chefs embarking on our dream of bringing comforting, hand-baked afternoon tea directly to our local neighbors.
Both trained with years of experience in high-end kitchens — including time with a renowned hospitality group — Melissa leads on savoury and Brennan on sweet, so every box is made to a genuine restaurant standard.
Inspired by York's famous ducks (featured as our sweet mascot wearing an apron in our hand-drawn logo!), we hope to become your go-to bakehouse for special celebrations or a relaxing lazy Sunday.
